Our Weekend

Friday:
We have dinner at our FAVORITE Mexican place, Casa Fiesta. (translation: Party House) They have better Mexican food here than our honeymoon resort IN MEXICO. You must go there.

Saturday:
We finally decided on a new couch and chair, and we are ordering them on Tuesday. We could get them from Ashley, or with Direct Buy, we can pay almost half price for the same furniture. Guess which one we're going for....

Sunday:
We went to Church, and then to Guido's with Club 56, which is the 5th and 6th graders for lunch. We are thinking about helping them out on a regular basis. Then we went down to Columbia to meet my parents and tour their new house. It should be finished in a few weeks, and it looks pretty good so far (the stale donuts and cigarette butts didn't detract too much) Forgot the camera so I don't have any pics, but I'll try to get some.

Movie quote of the day:
"I believe God made me for a purpose, but he also made me fast. And when I run I feel His pleasure."

3 weeks.....

So, its been 3 weeks since our last post. Whats been happening? LIFE my friends!

Katie is quickly on her way to the Williamson County counselors Hall of Fame. Today is the end of her second week as a full-time School counselor, and she has the mustard to make it all the way thru the year. Katie loves mustard too. (French's only)

Justin (also known as "I") has/have been working away at the world of Dell Server sales, and managing to squeeze in a 73 on the golf course. MY BAD.

Some things we are realizing: We are terrible at writing Thank You notes. Somehow a Thank you e-mail just won't work.

Movie Quote of the day:
Hmmm. He seems like a nice guy.
This is the guy trying to buy the company, not to mention put you out on the street, and all you can say is, [sarcastically] "Hmmm, he seems like a nice guy!"

Chicago Revisited, kinda sorta

Last night, Katie and I had dinner delivered....from Chicago. (sorry, I love using the dramatic pause "...." I hope thats ok with everyone) Anyway, Giordano's, makers of the finest pizza to pass over these teeth, has a mail order option for their stuffed pizza. So, we ate its cheesy, tomato-saucy, crunchy-crust goodness. I even took pictures of the unboxing, unpacking, and baking. I'll add those later today.

You may ask, "Justin, Why?"
To which, I would answer, "We don't have kids, pets or a house. Mail order pizza is pretty exciting."

We'll try to have some Nashville-related posts soon. We're just getting started here, hang with us.
